Mentorships

Taking on an apprentice is a great privilege in Eirmuir, as it shows that the Clan member has become a true and dedicated Eirmuirian and can extend their wisdom to new members.  Mentors and apprentices are connected with their own bond that is even deeper than the thread that ties them to their other clanmates.

Regardless of why a one is seeking a mentor, it is an honour to be able to teach another, as mentorships are not taken lightly in Eirmuir culture. The responsibility of teaching can continue for well past the span of a single year so both parties involved need to be prepared for a long period of training together.
